HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
Guests RSVP by reserving their room through the resort website using the Promo Code (fully refundable and modifiable with no deposit required).
Steps to RSVP / Reserve Your Room:
1. Click the RSVP link below
2. Copy the promo code based on your location:

3. Click “Check Availability”
4. Select your travel dates and enter the promo code
(Suggested dates: Nov 8–11, 2026)
5. Choose your room type
6. Click “Continue”
7. Enter your details and confirm your booking
Even if you’re unsure about attending, we highly recommend reserving a room now.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK USING THE PROMO CODE?
Yes, we request that all guests only utilize our special discounted promo code to be included in our room block. We have negotiated the best rates at the resort for our wedding, as reflected via this promo code. All RSVP's are tracked via this promo code. In order to attend the wedding event and receive future communications on the wedding and logistics, all guests must only book using our special codes.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?
All changes are made by contacting the resort directly at 1-866-211-6223, Options 2,1,2 and referencing the promo code and/or their respective confirmation number.
The resort does not allow any changes within 60 days of travel. (Final balances are due 30 days prior to travel).

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE INVITE?
Travel companions are certainly welcome. Please notify us in advance so we can accommodate everyone properly
ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND EVENTS?
Yes! We’re all for sandy toes and tiny footprints but no rogue surfers during the vows, please
CAN WE MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS?
The resort only accepts full balance payments from the time the reservation is made until the final balance due date. The final balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file around October 15, 2026.
To change the card on file or make an early final payment, please call the resort.
We recommend calling the hotel before October 15, 2026 to make your payment and ensure it’s been successfully processed. If there’s any issue with the payment, the reservation will be canceled, and you would need to rebook at the current market rate without our discount code!

IS THERE A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT?
The promo code is valid for stays of at least 3 nights and up to a maximum of 7 nights.
Recommended Stay: Arrive early, enjoy excursions and make this a true vacation! Group rates are valid for up to 7 nights’ stay based on availability at the time of reservation.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES AT THE RESORT?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you’ll be able to leave your luggage with the bell desk and start enjoying the resort while you wait. As soon as your room is ready, the staff will notify you and deliver your bags to your room.
WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION IS TBD OR NOT READY TO BOOK?
Book now and add your travel companion before September 1, 2026 . Adding a guest or new reservation after this date will not qualify for the group discount.
IMPORTANT: No changes or new reservations are allowed after September 1, 2026.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel without penalty until one week before travel
WHAT DOES “ALL-INCLUSIVE” MEAN?
• All you can eat (gourmet restaurants & buffets)
• All you can drink (alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages)

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?
We recommend setting up flight alerts on Google Flights for the best deals.

Fly into: Cancun International Airport (Cun)
HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?
Enjoy complimentary private round-trip ground transportation when you book a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please email transfers@seasonstours.com in advance to arrange your transfer. It will be a 30 minute ride from airport to the resort.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT/VISA TO ATTEND?
Please ensure your passport is valid for the entire duration of your stay. While not required, we recommend it have at least one month of validity beyond your return date for added peace of mind.
WILL I NEED CASH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PACK?
